Step 1 KCQsIt appears I can not locate step one on this blog. If it is on here perhaps it can be highlighted with its own post and heading?
Step 2 Introductory words in Description box Photo and description Link to your blog/Set up blogI chose this person from the participants list on the moodle website. She has adequately completed the requirements of step 2 including filling out her moodle details, profile details and a link to her blog. Her introductory post was Big & Tall, Recruiter & All……
Once again she introduced herself adequately, interestingly she has decided to leave her name out of the blog. I respect this and will leave her name out of my blog. The content appears to be all their for giving feedback on the other steps, however I would suggest a couple of minor improvements to improve the blog.
Remove the first blog post, it comes up on every new wordpress site and doesn’t add anything to this assessment.
Pin your introduction, you would want this as the first thing people see so they can get to know you.
Also updating the original image that is created by wordpress will help make become more personalised.
Step 3 Background information on company Comments/KCQs Comments on other’s blogsIt appears she has very clearly laid out the facts for her company. She had a question about what NPAT was which I posted on her blog. I like her questions and would love to know, from what she can assess if the NZ stock exchange is turning their fortunes around and expanding. Perhaps we may have got some insight on the financial reports if they were released yet?
I like how she is posting some interesting information on her blog about the New Zealand Stock Exchange, including Air BNB NZ about to be floated. It would have been great if she gave more details on this.
I can’t comment on her posting on other blogs.
Step 4 Input company’s financial statements    No financial statements are
Step 5 KCQsAt this time it appears no KCQ’s have been entered for step 5
Step 6 Individual feedback with othersAt this time it appears no KCQ’s have been entered for step 6
Overall ASS#1Good start, I’m hoping she gets more content in before the due date. Everyone has been given till week 5 so that should give her some breathing room to finish assessment 1.
I will continue to follow her blog as I am interested in learning more about the New Zealand Stock Exchange.

Step 1 KCQsStep one isn’t located on this blog.
Step 2 Introductory words in Description box Photo and description Link to your blog/Set up blogTyson’s introduction is in his about section of his blog.
I actually quite like this location as people who frequent the blog aren’t reading his introduction every time you enter the page. He has also has attached a link to his blog on his moodle profile, which is good. He has also given a good introduction on the WHAT A WEEK! Post.
I defiantly can relate to this post as this course has been more work than previous units I have done. The blog setup is different to the other layouts I have seen and what I have done but it still is pretty easy to navigate.
Step 3 Background information on company Comments/KCQs Comments on other’s blogsStep 3 appears to be posted under the my company link it contains plenty of information of what appears to be a awesome company.
Who doesn’t love Italian sports cars, this company appears to be designing not only sports cars but engineering beauty in all forms.
Tyson appears to have caught the essence and history of the company, and the video at the end is a great audio visual finish to this blog post.
Tyson has focused on asking key questions about the history and the products, I think it would be good if he also asks some questions on the annual reports and financials. The share price of Pininfarina has been trending downwards for the last five years, perhaps the annual reports have some answers to this? Tyson has been engaging with me on my blog and I have been doing the same on his blog. He get’s back to you straight away which is something you want for a blog to encourage user engagement.
Overall it looks pretty good.
Step 4 Input company’s financial statements    No financial statements are posted on the blog they are posted on moodle. Unfortunately I can’t find this page on moodle so I can’t help, sorry.
Step 5 KCQsAt this time it appears no KCQ’s have been entered for step 5
Step 6 Individual feedback with othersAt this time it appears no KCQ’s have been entered for step 6
Overall ASS#1Good start, I’m hoping Tyson gets more content in before the due date. Everyone has been given till week 5 so that should give him some breathing room to finish assessment 1.
I will continue to follow her blog and I will endeavour to help out where possible.
Good luck.

 My Comments
Step 1 KCQsI really enjoyed reading step one, it was very comprehensive and covered not only the Key questions from the introduction and chapter one but also has effectively covered step two, your introduction about yourself.
Well done.
Step 2 Introductory words in Description box Photo and description Link to your blog/Set up blogAs mentioned in step one comments you have really
compressively  an introduction about yourself but also the same fears and worries us distance students face. I can really relate to starting this study later rather than sooner. I too want to challenge myself further and build my education levels up to meet this challenge. May I suggest you remove the Introduce yourself post and my first blog post as it was left would of appeared when you created your blog. I also really like your quote from Benjamin Franklin, also your welcome was a really nice touch.
The blog feed has your whole posts which requires a fair bit of scrolling to find posts. Perhaps some design changes could fix that issue?

Step 3 Background information on company Comments/KCQs Comments on other’s blogsBecx has been very comprehensive on her background information  of Kesko Oyj, her comparison of Wesfarmers to this company appears to be spot on. This analogy make it easier for Australians
relate to the structure of this company.
Excellent reflection on her initial thoughts of the company.
You have even covered your interaction with other people on all platforms including moodle and facebook, great work.
Step 4 Input company’s financial statements    Accessing your financial statement and annual reports was very easy with a one click download to open the files.
It is defiantly something that I will look at doing myself. Everything seems to be in order with your company spreadsheets and on a glance I couldn’t see any issue. I too changed the numbers add decimal one place as that was what was showing on the reports.
Step 5 KCQsOnce again you have been so comprehensive on covering the topic at hand, it appears you have more than covered chapter two and chapter three. I can’t really fault any of your work and you appear
to have more than adequately covered the KCQ’s.
Step 6 Individual feedback with othersBecx has been very supportive of her peers and has completed step six on assessment one. I also have seen you have been active on facebook and moodle, and from what I am reading the PEER sessions have also paid off.
Overall ASS#1I if this was my work I would be more than happy to submit this assessment today. You have comprehensibly covered all the required steps, plus some.
I can see why you have been promoted to team leader from reading this assessment you are more than competent in completing high quality work.
Great work Becx.
